Shipping Policy
Processing and Delivery Times
Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors.
International Shipping
We ship to select countries. Shipping times and costs vary by destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees.
Damaged or Lost Packages
Report damaged or lost packages to customer service within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. A remedy is only available for customers who notify us within this period. We will assist in resolving the issue.
Returns Policy
Defects
Our products are guaranteed to arrive free of defects in construction, material, or printing. Inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Photograph any flaws you may discover and contact us within 14 days of receipt to be eligible for a replacement.
Buyer's Remorse or Incorrect Fit
Because most of our products are made-to-order or cannot be resold for other reasons, they do not qualify for exchange or refund due to buyer's remorse or incorrect fit.
Undeliverable & Unclaimed Orders
If you provide an address considered insufficient by the courier, or if a shipment goes unclaimed, your package will be returned to us or a fulfillment partner. We will contact you by email. You will be responsible for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address. After 30 days unclaimed or undeliverable items will be discarded or donated to charity and will not eligible for replacement or refund.
Exclusions
We will make every reasonable effort to ensure our customers are happy. However, we reserve the right to provide alternative remedies as we deem appropriate and to refuse to offer replacement or refund in cases of likely abuse or fraud.
